This page is dedicated to Jeff's assignment in Kazakstan.  He began his new International adventure in August, 2006.  His accomodations are menial but they suffice.  When he flies home, every 6 weeks, he rides a train for 5 hours to the city of Atyrau.  From there, he catches a flight to Amsterdam and then in to Memphis Tennessee.  Gives a whole new meaning to "tired butt syndrome".

Early December, 2006.  Can anyone say "DARN COLD"?

This is Dome One.  There are five domes altogether.  This is where the workers reside.  Each dome is made up of a center that houses a cafeteria and game rooms.  The rooms jet out from the center on each.

This is where the big guy lays his head at night.

If you look closely at the air conditioner/heater on the wall, you can get an idea of just how big his room is.

This is Jeff and the local office girls - such a ladies man!
